Edward Kim is an associate attorney who joined the firm in 2003. He primarily practices in the field of insurance defense, including medical malpractice, premises liability, construction site liability and employer liability in sexual harassment and wrongful termination cases.

Mr. Kim attended the College of William & Mary, where he graduated with a B.A. in History. As an undergraduate, Mr. Kim served as an intern for United States Senator Alfonse D’Amato (R-NY) and worked for the Insurance Information Institute, the communications branch of the property/casualty insurance industry.

Mr. Kim received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. While studying law, he was a legal intern for the United States Marshals Service Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C. He also worked for a private law firm in New York City, primarily representing firefighters of the New York City Fire Department.

Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
