Elizabeth T. Geiger began her legal career at Furey and Furey shortly after being admitted to the New York State Bar in February of 1984. Thereafter, she was admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Geiger graduated from Lehigh University and received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, the Nassau Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Geiger has served as General Counsel for Winthrop University Hospital, and continues to focus on the defense of medical malpractice cases brought against hospitals, physicians and nursing homes.

Her non-law related activities include the Muttontown Horseman’s Association and her participation as a Board member for the Ascent School for Autism.
