Kamara Shade received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Management in 2003 and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2007. While at Pace University, she worked for the Attorney General’s Consumer Frauds Department, and upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she worked at Pall Corporation, a Fortune 1000 Corporation.
Ms. Shade joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining Furey, Furey, Leverage, Manzone, Williams & Darlington, Ms. Shade worked for an insurance defense firm. At Furey, Furey, Leverage, Manzone, Williams & Darlington, Ms. Shade continues to practice in the insurance defense field.
During law school, she worked at the Government Law Center as a research assistant and completed an externship in the New York Northern District Court. Kamara is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers’ Association.
