Richard O’Brien is an associate attorney having recently joined the firm in 2010. Richard currently focuses his practice in the fields of medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. He is experienced in labor law, premises liability, construction damage and motor vehicle accident litigation. 

Richard is a lifelong resident of Queens, New York. He attended St. Francis Preparatory School in Fresh Meadows, New York. Subsequently graduating St. John’s University with a B.S. with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in English. While attending St. John’s School of Law in the evening Richard was an Editor for Student Publications for the New York Bar Association Real Property Journal.

Outside of the practice of law, Richard continues to reside in Queens with his wife and two children. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
