Terri Manzione has enjoyed the practice of transactional real estate law for the past nineteen years. She has represented lenders, sellers and purchasers in this increasingly complex area of the law. She also handles litigation involving real estate disputes, automobile and premises liability, as well as Estate matters.
Terri became of counsel to Furey & Furey nearly ten years ago, subsequently becoming an associate. She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1988, after earning her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s earlier that year. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
Terri volunteers often to help children with special needs. She served as SEPTA President for three years, at the North Shore School District, and is currently an active member of the Ascent Funding Organization, a parent organization that provides financial support to Ascent, a school for children with Autism.
