Frank Catelli Becomes Our Partner
Mr. Catelli's litigation experience is extensive. In over twenty-five years of experience, he has tried numerous cases. He has represented physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, fire districts, ambulance districts, private emergency services, fire sprinkler/suppression companies and municipalities. These cases cover a broad range of legal theories, among them medical malpractice, federal civil rights violations, sexual harassment, motor vehicle liability, construction/labor law, wrongful termination, insurance coverage and landowner liability. In defending these potentially multi-million dollar damage exposure cases, he has worked extensively with medical, economic, engineering, and other experts.
Mr. Catelli has lectured nationally on sexual harassment in the workplace and on current Federal and State decisions of interest. In addition to the New York State Courts, Mr. Catelli is admitted to practice law in the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
