Our offices are located in Hempstead, New York, close to the courts and commercial districts of central Nassau County, Long Island New York, minutes from the New York Supreme Court in Mineola, and the New York State District Court in Hempstead. We are within fifteen miles of the New York Supreme Court and United States Federal District Court in Islip, Suffolk County, and the New York Supreme Court in Queens County. We practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District in Brooklyn and Central Islip, the Southern District in New York County and in White Plains, the Supreme Courts in Suffolk, Kings, New York, Bronx, Westchester, Richmond Counties and the local District Courts in the New York State Court system. We have argued appeals in the First, Second and Third Appellate Departments of the State of New York and the New York Court of Appeals and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
